GrizMail is going away

GrizMail, UM's current official student email system, will be replaced with a new email system called UMConnect by the start of Spring semester 2010.  UM has partnered with Microsoft's Live@Edu to offer students an enhanced email system with added collaboration tools and document storage space. During Fall semester 2009, students have the option of transitioning to the new service. Click below to learn more and sign up for an account. Phishing Attempts

Recently several phishing email messages have been circulating the University's email system. This is just a reminder that Information Technology will NEVER request passwords or other personal information via email. Messages requesting such information are fraudulent. If you receive a questionable message and would like to discuss it, please contact IT Central, 243-HELP.

Your NetID password

Access to GrizMail is available using your NetID (e.g. ab123456) and password. For security reasons your NetID password expires once every 365 days. Online NetID password management is available to all University students through OneStop. Please login to OneStop, change your password and set up a security question and answer as soon as possible. ...more info
